McCormack and his husband, Bruce Meltzer, have been Monmouth County residents for 25 years, living in a 100+ year old craftsman on the hill beneath the Twin Lights in Highlands, NJ. McCormack, first licensed in 2002, built his business as a caring, informed, professional with a knack for marketing based on his previous work experience in television and live event production.

Along with Meltzer, who is a sales agent with the firm, McCormack has helped hundreds of home sellers and buyers achieve success in real estate. They are active supporters of LGBTQ causes including Garden State Equality, Human Rights Campaign, GLAAD, Jersey Pride and more. McCormack has also mentored many successful sales agents in his role and principal trainer with the firm.
